What is Plazm Thread?

Plazm Thread is a t-shirt-of-the-month club of limited edition designs, curated and brought to you by Plazm and buyolympia. A mix of emerging and established talent from the worlds of art and design create original shirts for you.

How much does a Plazm Thread subscription cost?

The cost of the subscription is $99 for 6 months, which includes domestic shipping (that's six shirts). Subscribers can choose to re-subscribe after 6 months. Shirts get shipped out towards the end of every month.

What if my size has changed through the course of subscription?

Just let us know if you get too fat or too skinny, and we'll send you a new size in the month after we get your notification.

What do you mean, "limited edition"?

On the first day of every month, we take our final orders for that month's subscription. Only people who've subscribed by June 1, for example, will get a copy of the July shirt as part of their subscription. Depending on the press run, some shirts may be available at buyolympia.com. Once a Plazm Thread shirt is off press, the screen is struck and will not be reprinted.

What if I miss a cool month? Will you let me buy one of the older ones?

What if I don't like any the shirts I receive, can I get a refund for my subscription?

That's too bad. Feel free to sell it on eBay, give it as a gift to a lucky friend, or use it as a rag.

How are the designs chosen?

We ask designers and artists that we admire to come up with whatever they want.

What happens to my subscription if I move?

You can let us know that you want to change your address. Let us know at least a month in advance so we can be sure your t-shirt goes to the updated address. If you don't send us your address update in time, and you lose a shirt, we will not be able to replace it. Our shirts are sent so that they will be forwarded by your post office.

Can I buy just one or two shirts?

Depending on the press run, some shirts may be available at buyolympia.com. The price is $25. These will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Plazm Thread shirts will not be reprinted. Once a design is gone, it is gone. The only way to guarantee receiving every shirt is to subscribe.
